The President submitted a letter, dated December 1, 1910, addressed to him by Messrs* W. H, Bancroft and J, Boss Clark, the Special Committee, recommending the sale of the Kyle Ranch, near Las Vegas, for $6,500, #5,000 cash, end the balance la yearly instal­ments of $1,000, 6j£ Interest to he charged on deferred payments; It appearing that the Oos^aay does not need the ranch.
