Payment for publishing the advertisement in the newspapers named will be made by this Office upon the presentation of a proper account on the enclosed blanks., accompanied by a copy of each edition of the newspapers containing the advertisement, and copy of your letter directing the publication of same, and you are requested to so advise the publishers when you transmit the advertisement to them* Paynent for publishing the "posters" should be made by you from appropriation "Incidentals in Arizona, 1892"* If you have no funds on hand tinder this appropriation, include the necessary anount in your next estimate for funds.
