LOVE, of Las Vegas, County of 4 Clark, State of Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over 5 to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all her right, 6 title and Interest in and to that certain six (6) iach and eight (8) inch 1 7 cast iron •water line in location described in Article I, Section I, of 8 , that certain agreement between the parties hereto, (identified as "N.L.D. 9 2^37), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with 10 said water lines. 11 The said VERA I. LOVE, warrants that she is the owner of the IE said six (6) inch and eight (8) inch water line and connecting valves, 13 fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all en- 14 eumbranees including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and 15 that she will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against 16 any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. 17 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, VERA I.
