This project was: (a) constructed under an agreement with Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company acting as Trustee for a group of individuals which was dated June 25, 1953? (b) authorised by Las Vegas Land and Mater Company W• 0* 733# dated May 1, 1953? (o ) constructed by one of the parties to the Trusteeship under private contract: (d) was completed May 20, 1953. Location of facilities construeted is shown on attached print B-616, 'dated April 2k f 1953# Under terns of above mentioned agreement OLD 113^2, the cost of these projects will be added to the basic purchase price. this letter is sent you in duplicate.
