Dear Sir,- 'y - ' j§ I have not as yet received reply to ray inquiry in reference to amount of water rent to ha charged the Thomas building. This rent has not been settled for for the month of February as yet. Again referring to our recent communication regarding water collection for Jos. Thomas, Lot 13 block 19, Mr. Thomas advises that at the tine the connection was made ha paid the Las vegas Land and Water Company $7.20 for work on the same, and also paid plumber for his ser­vices the same day. I made inquiry of Mr. Worrel, the plumber, and found that his statement was correct. In his communication, which was to his brother here, he did not state the date of this payment. I am enclosing you with this my bill for services and expenses up to and including February• Also the bill of Mrs. Williams who did the type writing, and also that of the plumber who been compelled to have do eone company work. I note what you say in reference to payment of 'water rent for pj Iff the school teachers, lot 19 block 22, and will give them credit 1 or the month of March, as. you advise that they had previously paid for the month of October, which I collected and receipted for. I -wish again to ask in reference to a plan of lots which the company has for sale and the prices. I have numberless inquiries here and believe that a good bit of the property could be disposed of if I were in position to give any one definite information. \
