I agree.C O P Y Los Angeles - August 26, 1953 Mr. L. R. Maag: (CC - Mr. E. E. Bennett Mr. C. M. Cory ) With reference to your letter of August 24th, regarding question of a field survey to determine the number and capacity of refrigeration equipment, ice making equipment and evaporative coolers in operation in Las Vegas: Inasmuch as the question of our sale of the property should be determined by the bond election to be held on September 30th, I suggest that this matter be postponed until after that date, as the total cost of the job would be chargeable to our operation and, of course, probably could not be passed on to the District. In the matter of refunds referred to in the last paragraph of your letter of July 9th, I have not yet had word from Mr. Bennett regarding this but will pass it on to you when I receive it. /s/ Wm.
