Box 1109# Las Vegas# Nevada Dear Sirs Referring to your letter of December 11*# 1951*# with which you returned originals of Supplemental Agreement which was forwarded to Mr. JT* M* Montgomery with my letter of November 11# 1951*# with reference to reconstruction of water line between points K and M shown on Exhibit Print attached to original agreement dated June 1, 1953* I note that the Water District executed Page 2 of Exhibit nB" which is a part of Supplemental Agree* ment C.L.D, No* 1131*2*2* This should not have been executed by the Water District as it Is only an Exhibit to that document* I am returning the 2 executed sheets for your destruction, and in accordance with Section j of this Supplemental Agreement upon completion of the removal of the 16 line in location shown by red line between points ^ ® bn Exhibit **AW the District Is to reconvey to the Railroad Companies by document in the form of Exhibit ”B W the easement strip 1* in the Grant of Easement dated June 1, 1951*# and suitable document in the form of Exhibit "B" will be submitted to you for execution on behalf of the Water District after said 16s water line has been removed* Very truly yours, lc {Signed) K.
