X, Sweeney, floe President, Pioneer Title insurance Co., Las Vegan, Masada Dear Ma|i In aocordanoe with your telephone request 1 am writing you oonoernlng the Company cottage located on Lots 37 & 38, Block 33 of Clark Las Vegae Townsite. Under date of March 1, 1939, we granted to Osoar Boy Thacker a lease with privilege of purchase, which is our oustoaary plan of selling the Company cottages to employees. St provides for a down payment and monthly payments thereafter for a five-year period and after the principle has been paid we deliver deed. However, in this instance, Thacker did not complete the requirements of the lease and requested permission to assign same to Fred Lundholm, another Union Pacific engineer. The assignment was duly made under date of Spy 11, 1933, and accepted hy our Company and on April 1, 1935, deed was delivered to Fred Lwndholm on receipt of balance of contract which he had placed in escrow at the First State Bank.
