BOOST. an individual_____________________________________ ___ with place of business located at 8X1 South Mala Street, Las Vegas, B e r a d a . _________________________________________________________ hereinafter called “Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: Recitals WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing _______ Block 26, Ikth Street Addition, Lag Vegas. Nevada. ______________ as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book X.... of Plats at Page fig Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with the existing water main at the north edcL of Block 25, lkth Street Addition, thence northerly through Block 26 a distance of feet to an end at the north end of said Block 26.
