On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, dated December 10, 1940, extending to January 1, 1942, term of lease Audit No. 9881, dated January 1, 1938, expiring January 1, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, Lessee, covering signboard sites on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
