On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, dated December 10, 1940, extending to January 1, 1942, term of lease Audit No. 9881, dated January 1, 1938, expiring January 1, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, Lessee, covering signboard sites on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. L. D. No. 3418, dated December 14, 1940, addressed to Mr. J. D. Hendricks, 5203 Mount Royal Drive, Los Angeles, California, covering the installation of new floor in pipe loft on second floor of this Company's meat packing plant at 1150 East First Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $>785.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
