    (4) All of the water pipe lines, valves, equipment and appurtenances now located upon the easement strips more particularly described in that certain grant of easement dated _________ _________ from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Grantor, to Las Vegas Valley Water Dis­trict, a public corporation. Grantee, and in that certain grant of easement dated March 31* 1954, and recorded Ap­ril 22, 1954, as Document 8686, Book 7, of Official Rec­ords in the office of the County Recorder of Clark Coun­ty, Nevada, from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada corporation, Grantee, whereby the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its said Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Com­pany, granted to the said grantees rights of way and ease­ments for the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenances under, upon and along strips of land more particularly described in said grant of easement which extend across the lands of
