Certain valves do not belong, to the City. There is some accounting for them. f . Valves. Valves have not been listed, because the State of Nevada does not require a report of valves. g. Rt. /Ways. About ten items on the list, ending with a map of the Distributing system. Pressing , as to the last item, and to whom such a distributing pipe map should go, Mr. Reinhardt ordered a Mr. Johnson to prepare for us another map, and forget what G&H ha.d. Intangibles: Going Concern, Framchise Value, Good Will. These were discussed, and without holding Mr. Reinhardt to direct opinions, it is safe to believe that intangibles will not be entered as sale value items. The chain of command tops in Mr. Reinhard until the lawyers take over. It may reasonably be assumed that agreements reached, which have Mr. Reinhardt*s approval, will ripple up the line without questioning interruptions of higher echelons.
