Western Regional Conference! Theta Theta Omega, Kappa Xi and the participating
Sorors of The Intermountain Cluster have been working continuously to provide you with
a conference that is electrifying, entertaining, and elegant
We look forward to you joining us as we discuss our program focus: Steppin' Up
Spirit of Service. As we Step Up the Spirit in the Far West, let us never forget that we
are joined in a sisterhood of service and scholarship. We know that you will be informed
through the workshops, leadership institutes and the plenary sessions. We hope that
will also take advantage of the luncheons and galas planned for your enjoyment.
I must truly thank Soror Kaweeda Adams, General Conference Chairman, Sorors Billie
Rayford, Theta Theta Omega Basileus and Conference Co-Chairman and Sorors Jacki
Brown and Sharon Savage, Conference Co Chairmen and my Sorors of Theta Theta
Omega for their diligence and devotion to purpose in working tirelessly to make this

Chapter Delegates should be seated together in the middle seats before the First Plenary which begins on Friday, May 20, 2005. This will eliminate unnecessary movement when the Regional Director calls for “SEATING OF DELEGATES”. The chapter Basileus is responsible for ensuring that her chapter’s delegates are seated at each of the three plenary sessions. Please arrive on time for each of the sessions.
