(See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 2, 1920.) ' Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates inclusion of Fennimore . and Platteville, Wis., as intermediate stations in rule providing for stopping-in-transit arrangements. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 73.—Mining Timbers, Lagging, Mining Stulls and Poles, C. L., between points in Wisconsin and Michigan on the C. & N. W. R. R., State and Interstate. Present, minimum charge of $15.00 per car established by the U. S. Railroad Administration applies to carload shipments of Mining Timbers, Lagging, Mining Stulls and Poles between stations in Wisconsin and Michigan, State and Interstate; proposed, to amend C. & N. W. Tariffs naming distance rates to provide that the minimum charge of $16.00 per car will not apply. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 2, 1920.) Deferred until next meeting, pending decision of the Interstate Commerce Commission in the Advance Rate Case. 18 JUNE, 1920 \ I Docket No. 74.— Printed Matter, Signs and Show Cards with carload shipments of Cereal Beverages, between Chicago, Peoria, etc., and Colorado common points.- Present, Beer, Beer Tonic, Hop Tea Tonic, Hop - Tonic, Liquid Bread, Malt Ale, Malt Porter, Weiss Beer, Carbonated Beverages, non-intoxicating, Cereal Beverages, Carbonated, non-Alcoholic. Note 1: With carload shipments of Beer there may be included Printed Matter, Signs (exclusive of Electric-Signs or Electric Lighted Signs), and Show Cards at the rate applicable on the Beer. The weight of the Printed Matter, Signs and Show Cards must not exceed 2% of the total weight of the Beer. Note 2: Carload shipments "of Beer in refrigerator cars equipped with portable heaters of such construction as to safety as may be duly approved by the initial carrier, will be accepted and transported without attendants in charge. Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That Hay rates and minimum weights be applied on Hemp Tow from Minnesota, North and South Dakota points to St. Paul, Minn., Chicago, 111., and common points. Further recommended, that Item No. 225 of W. T. L. Circular 1-0, insofar as it authorizes-minimum weight of 20,000 lbs., any size car, pn Flax Moss, Flax Tow and Shives, carloads, be amended to provide for same minimum weights as shown in Item No. 570 of W. T. L.
