Davia Mr. Goodwin of Mr. Peart*a office, called me this morning and gave me the following tentative account numbers to be used until an official list of account numbers has been furnished bp his office. These account numbers are tentatively established for the purpose of making distribution of costs with respect to both labor and material expended in connection with the items listed; Las Vegas — September 2, 1953 Account Number 30-2 Maintenance of Distribution Mains 30-2-1 Maintenance of Transmission Mains 30-2-2 Maintenance of Storage Facilities 30-2-3 Maintenance of Wells 30-2-4 Maintenance of Pumping Facilities 30-2-5 Power Expense 30-4 Other Expenses. He questioned our Form 183, submitting bill from Clark County Wholesale which covered two Alemite Guns and one Imperial - I told him to charge these items to Maintenance of Welle, Account 3C-2-3. The above account numbers can be used by you in showing distribution until further advised by Mr. Peart’s office. L« R. Maag
