Henry and Frances Irene Henry covering Lot 10, Block 2 of Tract No. 186? at Yermo, California. Agent C. W. McCurdy at Yerrao, advised deed was delivered to Mr. and Mrs. Henry November 3 s 1952 and I am enclosing Mr. Henry’s check in the amount of $253.60 to cover Purchase Price plus Taxes for the period November 1, 1952 through June 30, 1953. ..
