Payne Referring to your letter of November 2?, 1951* to Home Lumber Company, concerning proposed lease of additional area on West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas. With Mr. Layne, we discussed the proposed lease, with Mr. LeG-range of the Lumber Company and Mr. L. L. Snyder, who presently leases the 100 foot strip lying westerly of the proposed Lumber Company lease. As I previously advised you, Mr. LeG-range states the rea referred to you in your letter of November 7 is inadequate to serve their purpose. After discussing the matter with Mr. Snyder, the latter agreed to the termination of his lease which is used only for the unloading of an occasional carload of coal, in order that this area may be include in the porposed lease to Home Lumber Company. Mr, LeG-range agreed to provide space Within the enlarged lease for Mr. Snyder to unload his coal. Will you please arrange for Rider terminating Mr. Snyders’ lease as of February 29, 1952, also arrange for preparation of new lease with Home Lumber Company of Nevada, a Nevada corporation fronting on Bonanza Road and lying easterly of the present roadway, effective March 1, 1952, and terminating concurrently with the Home Lumber Company lease on North Main Street, which according to our records expires on February 28, 195^. Agreement to be subject to reciprocal 30 day termination. W. H. Johnson
