    \ October 31, 1967 at rental of $46.66 per month, land at Mile Post 23.4 for growing of crops, in City of Industry, California; Lessee to pay all personal property taxes. Lease may be terminated on thirty days notice by either party, and in event terminated, Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to crops, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing supplemental agreement bearing C. L. D. 15251-2, dated November 14, 1966 with International Harvester Company, supplementing Contract Audit 10988, dated November 10, 1965 with Harvester covering lease with option to purchase a parcel of land in City of Industry, California, together with the building, spur track, and other improvements, which building, spur track, and other improvements are to be con­structed by the Land Company, said supplemental agreement to provide Land Company also arrange for landscaping on the parcel of land at a cost of $3,865.00, and that all provisions of said agreement dated November 10, 1965 with respect to the building, also be applicable to said landscaping, including but not limited to, increased rental and purchase price and maintenance, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
