\ spring houses, 11 water w ells, three se ttlin g basins, one concrete reservoir of 2 , 5 0 0 , 0 0 0 -gallon capacity, one concrete reservoir of 1 , 2 0 0 , 0 0 0 -gallon capacity, one 3 0 0 , 0 0 0 - gallon, elevated ste e l storage tank, pipe lines connecting' said springs and wells with se ttlin g basins and reservoirs, three pumping stations with pumps, machinery and equipment, power lin e s, transmission lin e s, fences and other fa c ilit ie s appurtenant to said water production, storage and transmission equipment and f a c i l i t i e s ; and (4) A ll of the water pipe lin e s, valves, equipment and appurtenances now located upon the easement strips more particu la rly described in that certain grant of easement dated June 1, 1954, from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Grantor, to Las Vegas Valley Water D istr ic t, a public corporation,Grante e . and in that certain grant of easement dated March 31, 1954, and recorded April 22, 1954, as Document 8686, Book 7, of O ffic ia l Records in the o ffic e of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada, from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada corporation, Grantee, whereby the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its said Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, granted to the said grantees rights of way and easements for the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenances under, upon and along strips of land more particularly described in said grant of easement which extend across the lands of the said Grantors at Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, in Sections 27, 2 8 , 29, 33 and 34, T. 20 S ., R. 6l W., M.D.B. & M., except an existing pipe line and meter owned by said Grantors connecting with a pipe line in one of said easement strips at a point in the SE-J- of the NE-fc- of Section 33 and extending northeasterly to the power house of said Grantors. (5) A ll of the water pipe lin e s, service connections, valves and appurtenances used or useful in the distribution of water by the Grantor as a public u t ilit y in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada; and (6 ) A ll automotive equipment, shop equipment, materia l and supplies (excluding o ffic e furniture and equipment in the o ffice of the Water Company) belonging to the Grantor and purchased or acquired by the Grantor for the purpose of the operation and maintenance of the public u t i l ity water distribution system of the Grantor at Las Vegas, Nevada, and of the class charged by the Grantor to Account 115--Materials and Supplies and Account 327--G@neral Equipment as shown in the Annual Reports of the Grantor file d 2.
