Bates The attorneys for the Las Vegas Valley Water District have informed me that they have Just about concluded their consideration of the draft of the purchase and sale agreement which we submitted to the District late in March.* We expect to meet soon for the purpose of putting the purchase and sale agreement in final form. Therefore it will be necessary to have as promptly as possible the descriptions of the rights of way for the pipe lines over railroad lands which will be granted to the District. At the same time we should have information concerning the rights of way owned by the LVL&W Company to maintain its distribution system in other than public streets.
