No. 6a cancelling First / * * Revised Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 6a , to become effective June 3, 1943, wherein said sheet cancels Rule 9(c) of the rules and regula­tions of the Las Vegas Land Sc Water Company; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That by permitting cancellation of said Rule 9(c) would modify or restrict service, and the riglfc s|j and interests of the public may be injuriously affected thereby, IT IS ORDERED That the Commission enter upon an investiga­tion to determine the reasonableness of the cancellation of said Rule 9(c) referred to in the first paragraph hereof; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That pursuant to Sec. 6113, N.C.L., 1929, as amended, that, insofar as Second Revised Sheet P.S.C.N, No, 6A referred to, seeks to change the existing lawful rjules and re* gulation>s of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company be, and it is, hereby, suspended for a period of sixty (60) days from / and after June 3, 1943; and during said period of suspension
