At the time thatpsroosal was submitted it was contemplated that your Maint ena^ce^epartraent woul^lay all of the pipe lines and connections, and install booster pumps. SubSquently, a jurisdictional dispute between the Las Vegas Eftiilding Trades Council and your Company Union resulted in your forces withdrawing from the job, and we are now requested to submit a Supplemental/ proposal under which, in addition to the work already contracted, we/will furnish labor only for laying the pipe lines in the Jj^mche&qto be excavated. submit herewith a guara/teed maxDmim, fitted fee proposal to cover the work as proposed in our letter of September *•!* 1945* plus the additional work above described, in\the amount of OnbsHunared Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Dqllars (|174,295.Qp), subject to the following conditions!
