Knickerbocker, General Manager, Union Pacific System Los Angeles, California, Dear Sir: Your letter of March 6, file 9315-34, above subject: I have analyzed your letter by paragraph, and I believe that I thoroughly understand, instructions therein. Referring to T>rragTc oh Five (5), Page Two (2), in reference to water connection for industrial site to serve Units Two (s) and Three (3): During Mr, Reynolds visit here it was proposed to serve Unit Two (2) by Six Inch (6") water connection to the L. The matter of closing Main Street from G-arces Street So, has been through the District Court here and has now been appealed to the higher court, decision of which is still pending.
