Mill you please ask Mr. Adamson to prepare and furnish me with five Work Order prints, showing both Tracts on the same print. These prints should not be colored as Mr. Van Patten Is undecided as to whether he wishes to include them both in one agreement. I need these prints for the purpose of securing approvals by the Mater District and yourself. Will you please ask Mr. Adamson to photostat the attached subdivision maps for his file and return the original copies to me as quickly aa possible. For your information, Mr. Van Patten has requested a letter from the Water Company stating that it will extend its water mains and provide water service to serve his subdivisions as one of the prerequisites to the approval of his subdivisions by the Board of City Co&mlesioners* L.
