    N On motion duly seconded* it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L0D. No. 4921-4, dated March 22, 1950, ex­tending to April 9, 1952, term of Agreement Audit No. 10235, dated March 22, 1943, expiring April 9, 1950, with A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the fictitious firm name of Western Transportation Company, (assigned May 12, 1949, to A. Meyers an individual doing business under the name of Eckdahl Warehouse Company), covering lease of garage building in vicinity of Aliso and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental for ex­tended term $380.92 per month, plus any additional rental requir­ed under the provisions of said lease; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ notice; Lessor agreeing to carry fire and extended coverage insurance in sufficient amount to cover the insurable value of the building, and Lessee agreeing to pay Lessor the premium on such insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing letter-agreement ,,N,,L.D. 2369, dated March 27, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2680 feet of 12" cast iron water main in the business district, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $9,916.00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
