Los Angeles, June lH, 1950 1-733^ Mr. A. M. Polger: I am returning herewith proposed agreement covering water service to the Naval Reserve Training Center, Las Vegas, received with your letter of June "Jth. As advised in my letter of May 19th, we are, in view of past experience, not willing to guarantee water pressure which we would be obligated to do under the specifications attached to the agreement. We are willing, however, to contract for delivery of water at the approximate pressure as heretofore. Please request the Naval District to revise Section K of the specifications to read: »? * * * at a pressure of approximately 35 pounds per square inch gauge.”
