1 showing that where pipe lines are located in dedicated streets 2 or alleys, such streets or alleys have been lawfully dedi- 3 sated under the laws of the State of Nevada by the owners 4 of record of all of the land involved and have not subse- 1 5 guently been vacated or abandoned. 6 (b) A policy of title insurance with limits ®f 7 |1,000.00 issued by the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust 8 Company showing title to the easements referred to in Para- 9 graph 5 of this Article I to be vested in Las Vegas Land 10 and Water Company. 11 7. To furnish a Bill of Sale for said water mains, bon- 1 12 veying to the Company all right, title, and interest in the said 13 water mains, free and clearrof all liens and encumbrances. 14 8.
