NQ.l-065 y Corresp, File.--.... ’ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of e/r>-^e^- 195 V . hy and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, herein­after called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and NEVAS CORPORA­TION, a California Corporation, with principal place of business at 9122 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, hereinafter called "Owner”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Owner is engaged in the development of Sunnyside Addition, Tract 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map re­corded in Book 3, Page 63, of Plats, Clark County, Nevada Records, and has made application to the Company for water wervice to serve said property and has contracted for the installation of water mains; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said property with wat er: A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE 1.
