Dear Mr. Stubbs: Please accept my sincerest thaaks for your very hind favor of the 21st inst., enclosing copy of questions and answers as result of meeting between the Traffic Officials and Attorneys, recently held in your office, also copy of proceedings of meeting held with the Interstate Commerce Commission, at Washington, D.C., recently. I am very sure that I shall find these matters of great assistance in solving the many questions which are constantly arising under the new Interstate Commerce Law. "Very sincerely y o u r s , ?p i f I am still remembering your promise to visit Los Angeles on a holiday some time later, and to be say guest at the Bolsa Chica Cun Club. I am spending my nights at the Club now, and I can a s s u r e you that you will find it a v e ry attractive place at which to rest for a while. I believe I explained to y o u that ladies were admitted to the hospitality of the club during the season, until the 15th of October, and if M rs. Stubbs is with y o u , the club will be very much gratified to have her for a guest also.
