With reference to your letter of December 22, 1954, by Mr. Muth, please be advised that an engineer from the railroad company will be in Las Vegas soon after the first of the year, and that we will meet with Mr* Thorne of your office so that he may make a complete investigation and report to you on Permit No* 15140 and our pending application No. 15754* Permit me to extend my best wishes to you and your staff for a Happy New Year.
