Applicant represent* that Hal# 9.5 above quoted should become operative with respect to new extension* end connections on September 15, 1951, as therein stated, or on auch later date a* shall be determined by the Com* mission to be proper under the circumstances hereinafter alleged.* WHKRBFORF:, applicant prays that the Public Service Commission of the state of Nevada make its Order granting said application as herein amended and permitting applicant to sup* plement and amend its existing Rules by including therein the Rule hereinabove wore specifically set forth.
