s Fullerton, California, leased to Randolph Marketing Company; consideration $1,666.50; he, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 10988, dated March 1, 1952, with Philco-Los Angeles, a division of Philco Distributors, InCo, Lessee, covering site for automobile parking, located on Calada Street, Los Angeles, Calif.; term beginning March 1, 1952, and extending to March 1, 1957; rental $25.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination upon 50 days* written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement '^’’L-D. 2559, dated March 5, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Royes J. Petersen, called "Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $4,810, estimated cost of installing approximately 1170 ft. of cast iron water main, together with approximately 20 ft. of 6n cast iron water main for two fire hydrants, to serve Tract No. 2 of Alta Vista Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Tract No. 2 of Alta Vista Addition taking.water from the water main so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of the cost of constructing said.fire hydrant connections), whichever occurs first; 5 " Company to own said water mains; -5-
