V R E S Q i U T I 0 N 1-700 On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company easement C. L. D. 14939, dated May 19, 1965 granting Pacific Electric Railway Company, for a consideration of $500.00, an easement for railroad purposes over, along, and across certain land described therein, situated in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, Grantor reserving general right to itself, its successors and assigns, to use and to permit others to use, the lands described therein for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement granted, subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, easements, encumbrances or interests of any person which may effect the said land, easement granted shall revert to Grantor when Grantee ceases to use land for railroad purposes, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
