Deed Audit No. 6191 dated July 6, 1967, sale assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee July 11, 1967. Credit account 202, for ledger value of property retired, Land and Public Improvements, City ofi Industry, California; sold $38,754.00 Chargeable sale price $111,444.00 Creditable to prpfits on Sales of Real Estate 72,690.00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired, chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate 6,552.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, P® A. Schmitz 0,0 6
