I AM INSTRUCTING HIM TO GIVE THIRTY DAY NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF ALL CONTRACTS EXCEPT PFE CO.PRIOR TO AUGUST FIRST ACCOMPANIED BY TERMINATION RIDERS EFFECTIVE JULY THIRTY FIRST. HE WILL ENDEAVOR TO HAVE AS MANY INDUSTRIES AS POSSIBLE EXECUTE THE TERMINATION RIDERS. EEB BELIEVES THAT DEED FROM UPRR TO LVL&W CO. SHOULD BE RECORDED JULY THIRTY FIRST SINCE AUGUST FIRST WILL BE SATURDAY AND NEXT RECORDING DATE WOULD BE AUGUST THIRD. ASSUME YOU HAVE NO OBJECTION. THIS WILL BE DONE UNLESS YOU INSTRUCT TO CONTRARY. IT IS MY PRESENT VIEW THAT THE RAILROAD FORCES CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE WATER PRODUCTION FACILITIES AT LEAST FOR THE TIME BEING AND BILL LVL&W CO.
