* 195^ Gentlemen* Please refer to escrow relating to the transfer of the Las Vegas water system by the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Onion Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to the Las Vegas Valley Water District. You are hereby notified, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Section VI of the Escrow Instruction dated June 21, 1954, deposited with you by the Sellers, that the Sellers have delivered to the District the documents, books, maps, records and filing cabinets referred to in paragraph (m) of Seetion I of the Agreement dated June 1, 1953, between the undersigned, covering the sale of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
