Marsh Co., Inc. Credit Real Estate-Sold, $1,797; consideration received from Murray B. Marsh Co., $1,797. W. 0. #627, issued October 31, 1949; Los Angeles, Calif.; retirement of lot on Alameda St., between Commercial and Ducommun Sts., containing area of 6750 sq. ft., sold to Louie and Anita Molduf, as per Deed Audit LS No. 5041. Credit Real Estate Sold for ledger value of property retired, $5,273; Sale price, $6,000; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $727; Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $324. A. F. E. No. 8 (W. 0. #628), issued November 9, 1949; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 960 ft. of 6” cast iron water main from connection in Stewart _ Ave., near Nineteenth St. along dividing line of lots In Block 1 of Amended Church Addn. to Ogden Avenue, requested by Thomas T. Beam. Total estimated expenditure, $3,500, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E. No. 9 (W. 0. #629), issued Nov. 15, 1949; Las Vegas, Nevada; construct 700 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve portion of Block 8, Mayfair Tract No. 2.
