V Well Mo. 10 Affidavit of Completion of Work Permit No. 10870 Applicant Affidavit By Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas Land and Water Company By Walter R. Bracken Affidavit dated April 28, 1943 "That at least" #10,000 has "been expended in--- completion of said works and at the expense of applicant and at the expense of UPRR Co. for use and benefit of applicant. Improvements consisted of: "Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 1250 feet and installing therein 494.30 feet of 13 3/8 inch and 376.84 feet of 10 3/4 inch, and 358.86 feet of 7 inch steel lapweld casing; cementing in top casing; also 10 feet of 10 inch wrought iron pipe from top of well to pipe connecting with settling basin, and were made at point of diversion." "Said improvements were begun prior to April 10, 1943, and were completed prior to April 15, 1943." Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10870) does not contain statement of cost of Improvements.
