Water Company covering conveyance of water from the springs to Las Vegas* The information requested by Mr* MoBamee is as follows* -N Rate per month — $ 500*00* Shis rate to remain in effeot until such time as actual measurement has been made and charge calculated therefrom based upon use of facilities* Provision might also be includ­ed in the contract for subsequent revision of rate should ratio of use be materially changed on account of large increase in consumption of water by the City of Las Vegas or by the Rail­road Company. Term of contract - It is suggested that the term of the con­tract be indefinite with a twelve month can­cellation clause. This amount of time would per­mit the construction of other water facilities* Time for payment — Payments should be made monthly and each payment would become due on the twentieth of the month following the period covered. General description of pipeline - The main pipeline of the Rail­road Company begins at a spring known as Big Spring located in the HI l/4 of the HR 1/4 of Sec* 31, T* 20 S* R* 61 E. MDB&M and extends thence north­easterly to a settling basin and a 16" well located in the SW l/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 29 thence northeasterly and southeasterly across the SW 1/4 of See, 29 thence southeasterly across the HE 1/4 of Sec. 32 and the H, l/g of Sec. 33 to the shop grounds of the Railroad Company thence across the said shop grounds to a connection with the pipeline of the L*V,L*& W* Go* located in Clark Street of Las Vegas Townsite, 230* Southeasterly from the
