Reinhardts request from Public Service Commission that we reel rate for water service furnished to auto oourts and mottle* 17th. we have ooneldered the loss whioh would be sustained bar the suggested compromise* and find that the changes for toilet and baths in the 53 auto oourts listed in state­ment attached to our letter September l#th would total $360.50 per month, the offset credit against this loss varies with the vacancies and tourist business in Las Yegass for instance during February the auto court vacancy allowances totaled $278.50, therefore the act less to the water oompany would be $32*00 pea* month or $983*00 P**** year on this basis. Shis is considerable, 1m i T i m ~ i n ~ comparison with the loss of $720.90 per month, or $8,650 per year which would result from application of the hotel rate which the petitioners request.
