Union P a c ific , et al 3 December 10, 1952 Dos Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company under Application Ho. 7200, which c e rtif­icate is recorded in Book 1 of Water Ap­propriations at Page 76, Clark County, Nevada, Becords, pursuant to which said Railroad Company has the right to appro­priate from the Las Yegas Artesian Basin through Well No# 1 (which well is locat­ed in the SW& of the SWi of the of Section 29, Township 20 S ., Range 61 E., M. B. B. & M,) two and one-half cubic feet per second (2.5 e .f .s .) of water, or so much thereof as may be put to a beneficial use for railroad purposes. It is understood that the right to ap­propriate such water for such purposes is to be reserved by said Railroad Com­pany, and that said Railroad Company w ill obtain said water through it s ex­istin g shop well located in the NW| of the SWi of the NW| of Section 34 in said Township and through wells to be drilled b y it within the present boun­daries of it s shop grounds.
