While some of the increases on a percentage basis are higher for the commercial classifications, the dollar billing must still be looked upon as low, both from point of view as to the dollars amounts paid and from the standpoint of the generous volume of water used. In submitting this report it Is the desire to ex­press appreciation for the full support and cooperation re­ceived from the Company. Particular acknowledgment is made for the data furnished by the Omaha office through Mr. v* H. Hulelser, General Manager of Properties. Ifc this respect, the capital base figures and related items were made through hie office. Likewise Mr. W. H, Johnson in the Los Angeles office and Mr. A. M. F olger, local manager of the Las Vegas properties have been most cooperative and help­ful throughout the study. Close contact has been maintained and advice re­ceived from Mr. Bennett and Mr. S. 0.
