(c) All water transmission and distribution lines owned by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Com­pany extending from the land described in (a) above to connections with the distribution fa­cilities owned and operated by Las Vegas Land and Water Company as a public utility and con­necting with industries now served by Los An­geles &. Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company and power lines used to operate the water production facilities on the water-bearing lands described in (a) above extending from said lands to connections with the facilities of the Southern Nevada Power Company, but excluding therefrom all water 18211
