Jurden ) 9215-3-W Referring to your letter of May 27th, file 17^-2, regarding proposed change of point of diversion of 2.5 c.f.s. of water from Well No. 1 to shop grounds at Las Vegas: intendent Smith at Los Angeles by telegram to award contract to Roscoe Moss Co. for drilling standby well at Las Vegas. The proposal received from Roscoe Moss Co. provides that they will commence work within thirty calendar days from date of receipt of notice of award of contract and complete well withir sixty days.
