Hulslzer) Your letter June 7th concerning possible acquisition by Las Vegas Water District of the LVL&W Company’s water distributing facilities at Las Vegas: I am agreeable to your negotiating with the Water District on a price for the sale of our facilities, with the understanding, of course, that any agreement for the sale of the facilities and the price therefor will be subject to approval by our principals. If you are able to reach an agreement with the District for the sale of the facilities on the basis that you will recommend, I would be willing to recommend it for formal approval. JUN 2 9 1950 L.
