Las Vegas - November 22, 1950 ¥ 2>4-4 Hr* R. L. Adaraaont Under W*0. 515 in March 1945 we acquired the water system of the Boulder Syndicate Including the water lime la Park Plane. We alao obtained easements for pipe H a m including a 4* line to fire hydrant on 6th Street passing over the southerly 10 feet of lot 4* block 2* A few days ago the Wilkinson Realty Co* inquired whether we would relinquish our easement over the lot 4, stating the fire hydrant laterals were actually on lot 5* X questioned this, as It Is my recollection the location of water lines and easements were verified by our engineering crew before we took over. However* in conversation with City Planning Engineer Satan* he advised he recently made a reaurvey and found the fire hydrant lateral Is actually located on lot 5« 4 feet south of the south line of lot 4. The first time we have an engineering party la this vicinity* will yon kindly have then verify this. A. K. Folger
