\ notice from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Good Scouters Club of California, operations of Licensee to be in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, etc. of competent public authority; Licensee to procure and furnish Land Company policy or policies of insurance acceptable to Land Company, insuring Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Union Pacific Railroad Com­pany, and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company against any and all loss or liability in connection with use by Good Scouters Club of California; premises to be maintained at Licensee's sole expense, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing C. L. D. 15511-1 dated May 17, 1967, extension rider extending to July 31, 1968 lease to John M. Ferrero of premises for growing of crops in City of Industry, California at rental for the extended term of $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; Lessee to pay all personal property taxes; lease terminable on thirty days notice, and in event of termi­nation Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to crops; Lessee shall make no improvements and shall also pay for any permit or license fee for use and occupancy of leased premises, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -7-
