It occurred to me when 1 received notice of this matte? that the same method of prooeedure should go on which was adopted covering the motion cf the Special Committee. X am sure that the members of this Committee, composed of Kr, Farrell and J. Foss dark, as I understand it, would be only too glad to submit to us for consideration at least all important matters, as has been the custom heretofore. 1 am writing to X.
