The NEWS LOUNGE will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. beginning Sunday, April 12 through Sunday, April 19, as follows: 8:00 AM - 12:00 N - Coffee and Pastry 12:00 N - 2:00 PM - Bar Service 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Coffee and Soft Drinks 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Bar Service The NEWS OFFICE and the NEWS LOUNGE mil be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, beginning Saturday, April 11, through Sunday, April 19. An auxiliary News Work Room will be set-up at the Stardust Hotel and will be equipped with typewriters, copy paper and telephones for use by newsmen who will be writing stories after the NEWS ROOM closes in the Convention Center. The Chairman of the PROMOTION COMMITTEE should use the NEWS OFFICE (ROOM 4) in the Convention Center for his point of contact with his committeemen.
