I agree.FREEMAN COMPANY pub/ic/sts 12/4/59 Dear Hr. Ackerman, Enclosed is the standard AGVA contract for Debbie as premised in the advertising for the recent Vest Charleston PTA Baby Contest. Please note that this contract has been written on the following provisions: 1. It is understood that Debbie Ackerman is now only about 3 years old, and not a member of AGVA; therefore, this contract can not be filed with AGVA until she reaches her proper age and takes out an AGVA card. 2. Since it Is a long range contract awarded as a prize for Debbie*s winning the Baby Contest, both parties must realize that Debbie must fulfill the requirements and standards of the Sands as we use them now to hire CopaGlrls. These require- ments deal with height, weight, fees, and face. 3. If the requirements used for hiring CopaGirls change between now and November, 1979, Debbie must meet the requirements being used in November 1979 in order for the contract to be completed by her performance onstage as a CopaGirl?╜ 2 hope the youngster grows up to be as beautiful as she was at the Baby Contest ?╟÷ and that we are all here to see her make her debut as a CopaGirl at the Sands.
